החוויה אבל מתחילה הרבה יותר מוקדם. אחד הדברים הראשונים שבהן יתקל מחפש הדירה התמים הוא שלכל המתווכים יש את אותו דוד עולז שפרסם את כל חמשת מודעותיהם באזור של השכרה פרטית. בחלק מהמקרים הדוד אף חשב שיהיה משעשע במיוחד להסתיר את העובדה מאותו מתווך ישר כך שכאשר באים לראות את הנכס מבט העגל התמים בעיני המתווך בא ביחד עם “אוי לא ידעת שזה תיווך? דוד שלי פרסם את המודעה בטעות בחלק הלא נכון. שוב. ושוב. ושוב..איזה דוד אהבל מה?
תופעה נוספת שחשוב להיות מודעים לה היא “אנומליית הדירות בתל-אביב”. אבנורמליות פיסקאלית זו גורמת לדירות בתל-אביב הנמצאות באזור מפוקפק לשאוף לנדוד אל עבר השכונה היותר טובה הנמצאת בסמוך אליה…בלוח המודעות. וכך בעלטת החשיכה שוק הכרמל צועד לו אל עבר נווה צדק, אבן גבירול בדרך פלא עובר טרנספורמציה לבזל ודרך נמיר נודד בשלווה לויצמן. תל אביב אכן כן עיר ללא הפסקה.
כיום אני מאוהב, מצאתי דירה מקסימה שממלאת אותי בכל כך הרבה אושר.
אז שתהיה לכל מחפשי הדירות שנה מלאת אהבה J

Yesterday I went to a conference. One of the items was the story of FoxyTunes – the company that makes a music toolbar that got bought out by Yahoo. Don’t get me wrong, power to them. I’m happy that they sold and made it big. I’m always happy to see success
People say they answered need and that yielded their success. It started as a hobby and turned out ok, even thought the company didn’t make any money in it’s 4 years of existence. I get it that the Internet is many times about getting a lot of traffic, but is that really viable business?
Would anyone in their right mind dedicate 4-5 years of their lives to building a “business” that makes zero money, lives of investment only, has no ROI but is nice to have?
Call me old fashioned, but where along the way has business become about that?
I believe, that a company’s first goal is to make money and achieving ROI for it’s shareholders . Isn’t building a traffic only based business a little like filling a lottery ticket ever week and hoping to hit the jackpot one day?
If so I reckon my dead grandmother had a startup too!
Am I the only one that thinks this??
